Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Chandler Heath developed a strong work ethic and passion for craftsmanship early in life. After completing two years of Business Studies at Austin Community College, he entered the construction industry—where he has spent nearly 25 years mastering every aspect of home building and renovation. Today, as the founder and owner of Breeze Construction LLC, Chandler continues to lead with purpose, delivering projects that reflect precision, honesty, and pride in workmanship. Whether managing complex remodels or new builds, he is known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to exceeding expectations. Outside of work, Chandler enjoys boating, hiking, camping, fishing, and traveling with his family. A father of two boys, he finds balance between entrepreneurship, faith, and outdoor adventure. He also dedicates time to church initiatives and animal rescue efforts, continuing to give back to the community that supports him. Driven by both professional excellence and personal integrity, Chandler Heath represents the heart of modern craftsmanship—building not just homes, but trust, relationships, and a legacy of quality across Georgia.
